How search results are displayed

• Searches can be refined using the "Select information source" feature on the left of the list of results.
• Clicking on "Information Source" on the right of the list of results will display a button that links to the respective database or web page.
• Long titles of works or books will not be shown in full. Click the "Information Source" button to display the title in full.
• Use the in-page search function (web browsers: Ctrl + F; smartphones/mobile devices: initiate search function from the browser menu) to find where your search term is displayed in a linked page.
• The search service does not provide information on whether a work is currently on display (including whether it is on loan to another museum) or on the exhibitions that have included the work.
