The artist Chiharu Shiota has been awarded the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s Art Encouragement Prize for FY2024.
Reasons given for the award included her exhibition CHIHARU SHIOTA, I to EYE at the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka from September 14 to December 1, 2024.
