Services for visitors
・Ticket counter
The ticket counter is on the second floor (the same level as the Lawn Plaza).
・Galleries
The galleries are on the fourth and fifth floors, accessible from the second floor.
・ Coin lockers
Coin lockers are available on the first and second floors. Store large bags and other items in a coin locker. A 100 yen coin is needed to use the locker, but it will be returned when you retrieve your bag. Items too large to fit in a coin locker can be left at the ticket counter. (exhibition days only, 09:30 – 17:30)
* Items cannot be left in coin lockers overnight.
・ Wheelchairs and strollers
Wheelchairs and strollers can be borrowed from the ticket counter. Ask at the counter.
Numbers are limited. There may be times when all wheelchairs or strollers are already in use.
・ Trash cans
To keep exhibits safe, there are no trash cans in the galleries. Please take your trash with you when you leave.
Museum guidelines

Please refrain from eating or drinking in the museum. Drinking for hydration or to take medicines is acceptable in the public spaces (except the galleries). Drinks other than water and sugar-free teas cannot be brought into the museum. |

Rucksacks, wheeled luggage, and large bags cannot be taken into the galleries. Coin lockers are available on the first and second floors. * Bags too large to fit in a coin locker can be left at the ticket counter. |

Umbrellas cannot be brought inside. Umbrella stands are available at the entrances on the first and second floors. |

To keep exhibits safe, temperatures are maintained at 20°C–23°C. The temperature cannot be adjusted to suit personal preferences. |

Inside the museum, do not touch any works of art or their display cases. |

Do not use any writing implements that use ink. Only regular pencils can be used for writing or drawing. |

To avoid disturbing other visitors, do not talk on the phone in the galleries. Turn off your phone or set it to silent mode when viewing exhibits. |

After you leave a gallery, no readmission is allowed. Please follow any guidance or instructions from museum staff. |
Taking photos or videos in the museum

Monopods, tripods, gimbals, or selfie sticks cannot be used in the museum, including the galleries. For safety reasons, please refrain from taking photos or videos on escalators. |

Flash photography is prohibited in the galleries. |

- ・Please be considerate of other museum visitors when taking photos or videos.
- ・The user must take responsibility for how photos are used, including how they are used on blogs, social media, and photo sharing services. The museum accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any trouble arising from photographic or video images taken or used outside the scope of private use.
- ・Please refrain from taking photos or videos of other museum visitors or staff, as that could infringe upon their image rights.
- ・Use the inquiry form to make inquiries about utilizing the museum for commercial purposes, such as for filming on location at the museum.
