The exhibition Okamoto Taro: A Retrospective welcomed its 100,000th visitor on September 14, 2022.
The 100,000th visitor was Fukada Koken (center in the photo) of Higashiosaka City.
To celebrate the exhibition welcoming its 100,000th visitor, Sugaya Tomio, Director of the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka, the organizer of the exhibition, and Koike Hideo, Director of NHK Osaka Station, handed Mr. Fukada a commemorative souvenir and exhibition merchandise.
Mr. Fukada made the following comment. “I really like how Okamoto Taro managed to stick to his beliefs and ideas while remaining a kind and warmhearted person. I was surprised to become the 100,000th visitor, but I’m very happy to have enjoyed such great luck.”
Okamoto Taro: A Retrospective is running until next month, October 2, 2022.
